James brings nearly a decade of experience as both a Realtor and a Mortgage Loan Originator, offering clients a rare, full-service perspective on the home-buying and selling process. Having worked with over 100 clients as a mortgage loan officer, James has since transitioned many of those relationships into successfully helping clients list and purchase homes as a Realtor.

He works with first-time homebuyers and real estate investors alike, guiding each client through the process with clarity, transparency, and thoughtful strategy. James currently manages over 10 active listings and oversees five rental properties, including two he personally owns, giving him firsthand insight into both residential transactions and real estate investing.
